How does this program work?

Tiers 1, 2, 3 –

Beginner, intermediate and advanced tiers scaled from our competitor programming. Loads, movements and volume are adjusted accordingly to help our athletes evolve as they gain more experience with the sport of CrossFit.

Strength Maintenance (hold on to your gains)
