We look forward to introducing you to Endgame Athletics!   When you come in, we’ll show you around and tell you more about what we do and how we do it.  Then we’ll warm you up, put you through a workout and make sure you have a great time!

Ready for a little commitment? Try our EGA On-Ramp.

Our On-Ramp consists of 12 introductory sessions, each session builds on the last and is designed to have you hit the ground running when you join our group classes.

These 1 hours sessions are led by an experienced Coach in a small group setting. You will learn the proper technique and mechanics for all the major lifts that we use in our daily group classes. We will go over basic nutrition principals and get you accustomed to our program and training protocols.

Classes meet 3x a week for a 4 week period.  Monday, Wednesday and Fridays nights at 7:30pm.  Contact us to find out when the next one starts!

Looking for a new home? Schedule your private assessment.

Are you switching gyms or just moved to the area?  

All prospective members, must go through at least 1 private training session and pass the required tests before joining our group classes.  You will have to show competency in all the movements, lifts and exercises that we use in our daily group classes and pass our conditioning and mobility requirements.  Additional private sessions will be required if you do not pass.

Ready to commit and start today?

To get started at Endgame Athletics, you’ll need to complete 10 one-hour, 1:1 private coaching sessions with on of our Coaches. In your 10 sessions, you’ll learn about all of the movements, lifts and exercises that you’ll find in our classes. You’ll learn what weights to use and how to make the movements work for your abilities. You’ll also learn about nutrition, mobility, and flexibility.
